789bdt (referred to as "we", "us", or "the platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 789bdt website, mobile app, and all related services.

• 789bdt may request identity verification (NID/passport) or proof of address at any time for account verification purposes.
• Each user is permitted one account only. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed along with their balances.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 789bdt support immediately.
• Unverified accounts may be automatically deactivated after 7 days.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT).
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-linked balance can be withdrawn.
• For suspicious transactions, 789bdt may temporarily place a hold on the withdrawal process pending verification.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

• If one selection in an accumulator or parlay bet is voided, the remaining selections will stand and the bet will continue.
• 789bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of incorrect information regarding a match's score or outcome.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum winning limits vary by sport and event, and are displayed at the time a bet is placed.

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded; however, bonus-linked balances may be forfeited.
